The Salvation Army in Bremerton is trying to build a homeless shelter in downtown Bremerton (Sally's Place) where people can wash their clothes,take a shower,get a haircut, receive mail,attend classes, get counseling, get medical atention,use a public restroom,get free school physicals, find information and other services, and be respected, cared about and helped UP.
